Join the FP&A team of a fast-growing, independent B2B energy supplier as a Junior Finance Analyst — reporting into the FP&A Manager.
You'll get real business partnering exposure early: monthly meetings with internal teams, building relationships across departments, and delivering financial analysis that actually influences decisions — not just reporting numbers.
What you'll do:
- Support financial performance forecasts and gross margin analysis across commercial customers
- Investigate variances through strong reconciliation work
- Build cross-departmental relationships to embed financial awareness
- Support month-end/year-end processes and ad hoc external reporting
What you'll need:
- Strong Excel skills, comfortable with large data sets
- Financial analysis/forecasting experience
- Sharp attention to detail
- FP&A background and commercial awareness a plus, not essential
