We're looking for an ambitious Junior Corporate Finance Analyst to join a leading boutique financial advisory firm specializing in M&A, valuations, capital raising, and strategic financial advisory. You'll gain hands-on experience working on complex, high-profile transactions while collaborating directly with senior professionals and decision-makers.

What You'll Do
- Support M&A, debt, and equity fundraising transactions
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models
- Perform company valuations and financial analyses
- Prepare presentations for investors, executives, and boards of directors
- Work alongside senior advisors throughout the entire transaction lifecycle
- Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a leading university
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, or completion of a Big 4 accounting internship
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience working with AI tools
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership or military command experience – an advantage
- Experience analyzing financial statements – a significant advantage
