What You'll Do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management.
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments including Sales, Export, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and HR to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in process improvement and business transformation projects.
- Support ERP and reporting system development by identifying business needs and recommending solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Finance, Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
