What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site property inspections and gather accurate field data.
- Perform market, economic, and property research.
- Balance fieldwork and office work to learn the full appraisal process.
- Collaborate with experienced appraisers and contribute to high-quality client deliverables.
Travel
Enjoy a dynamic mix of office and field work with up to 20% travel
, primarily throughout Saskatchewan, with periodic assignments across Western Canada and nationally. For this role, candidates must reside in Saskatchewan.
Who You Are
- Completing or recently completed studies in business, real estate, finance, property assessment, or related fields.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines.
- Professional, client-focused, and strong at independent and collaborative work.
- Equipped with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
- Relevant post‑secondary education (completed or nearing completion).
- Experience with inspections, onsite data gathering, or reading construction plans is an advantage.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- A mix of education and experience will also be considered.
