About the Role:
As a Junior AP Accountant, you will be a key part of our finance team, ensuring smooth accounts payable operations while supporting process improvements. This is a hands-on role with exposure to ERP systems, reporting, and collaboration with multiple teams.
What you’ll do:
- Process and verify supplier invoices in Obsidity ERP system
- Manage payment runs, reconciliations, and vendor queries
- Support month-end closings and reporting
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis using Excel
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- IT-minded with strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured
