As a Junior Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with team members to conduct financial analysis and assist in data administration tasks.
Your role involves reviewing client claims, managing accounts, and negotiating with carriers to align with departmental strategies. Here, your contributions will shape how clients protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely data for client renewal reports
• Conduct renewal analysis and negotiate with carriers
• Review client claim history with the team
• Verify financial statements for accuracy and insights
• Actively manage assigned accounts and represent HUB
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance or benefits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Completion of the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
