We’re seeking a proactive Junior AP Accountant to join our Finance team. You’ll support day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensure accurate booking of transactions, and help the team deliver month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your accounting skills in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
Responsibilites:
- Booking and processing bank and supplier transactions accurately and timely
- Managing payment proposals and executing payment runs according to company policy
- Processing invoices and supporting documents using OCR and other automation tools
- Reconciling and analysing account balances; investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end closing activities and ad-hoc reporting for the team
- Handling finance mailbox enquiries and liaising with internal departments and suppliers
- Assisting team members with routine AP tasks and improvements
Requierements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Practical experience with MS Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Good command of English and fluency in Polish
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical accounting skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite) is a plus
