Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our team. This role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including General Journals, Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements;
- Stay up to date with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations to ensure compliance;
- Process accounts receivable accurately and ensure timely collection of payments;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients; and
- Assist in BPJS and LKPM reporting and related administrative matters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Diploma III or equivalent are welcome to apply);
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates, internships, or entry-level experience are welcome);
- A solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting cycles;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and
- Strong coordination skills, an analytical mindset, and high attention to detail.
