The Opportunity
An excellent entry point into funds management within a well-established family office environment. This role offers broad exposure across finance and investment operations, working closely with an experienced leadership team while building a strong foundation in financial services.
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance and fund operations, gaining hands-on experience across reporting, reconciliations, and investment processes in a growing platform.
The Focus Of The Role
- Support day-to-day fund operations including payments, settlements, and documentation
- Assist with month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting preparation
- Code expenses and manage inter-entity invoicing across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records across systems
- Assist with bank and security reconciliations and exception tracking
- Support operational workflows, inbox management, and process documentation

About You
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar
- 0–2 years experience in accounting, audit, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Solid Excel skills and systems awareness
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to build a career in funds management
