Offshore Bookkeeper (AU Clients | Xero Specialist)
We’re looking for an experienced Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to support a growing portfolio of Australian clients.
If you have strong experience using Xero and understand Australian bookkeeping (GST, BAS, payroll), this is a great opportunity to work directly with international clients in a long-term role.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero (bank recs, AP/AR, journals)
- Prepare and assist with BAS and GST reporting
- Support payroll processing (including superannuation & STP)
- Maintain accurate financial records and schedules
- Assist with month-end reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Work closely with Australian accountants and business owners
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience (AU clients preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Xero
- Knowledge of GST, BAS, and Australian compliance
- High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience with tools like Hubdoc, Airwallex, or ApprovalMax
- Background working with Australian accounting firms
