Citadel Developments is expanding its finance team and is looking for a Junior Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate or contracting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain general ledger accounts and assist with month-end/year-end closing
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Support in preparing tax reports and compliance documents
• Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and internal audits
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate or construction is a plus)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data
