RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Primo Lifecycle Support
- Local On Boarding: support onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, delivering welcome sessions, notifying relevant teams and ensuring key master data is ready for welcoming new employees.
- Employee Support: Manage leave of absence processes and offer guidance on maternity and paternity benefits as needed.
- Local Payroll: collect payroll-impacting data and review the monthly payroll file for Costa Rica, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in coordination with the Payroll team.
- Offboarding: support the termination process including drafting dismissal letters, coordinating exit logistics. Ensure timely notifications to Payroll and IT for access and payroll updates.
- Severance payments: review and confirm severance payments in partnership with Payroll. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of final payments to departing Primos, in compliance with local regulations.
On going support
- HR Communications: Maintenance of the HR communications calendar, preparation of communications tailoring the content to the audience an objective, review and approve local and global BES communications with direct impact in Primos from several parties to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Cultural ambassador, living, breathing and driving our core cultural pillars, supporting local activities; including celebrations and trainings.
- HR Systems: manage HR platforms (Workday, E-files, Primo XHub, HR Mailbox), submit IT support and Workday changes tickets, conduct audits, and ensure data consistency across systems. Maintain updated personnel records (digital and physical).

Required Skills
- Organization & Prioritization: Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR processes and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality & Professional Judgment: Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
- Personal Effectiveness: Resourceful, self-motivated, open-minded, and people-oriented professional with a strong results focus and the resilience to navigate complex operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree en customer service or accounting.
- Fluent in Spanish (intermediante English is a plus)
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to be at the office one day per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of finance and/or accounting principles.
