Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers and senior managers on data analysis, reporting, and project support.
- Coordinate assigned tasks across departments to ensure projects move forward on schedule.
- Research and analyze data, producing reports that highlight trends, patterns, and the effectiveness of Credit Union initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to support strategic decision‑making.
- Apply strong technical skills—including advanced Excel—to format, manipulate, and interpret datasets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of research and/or analytical experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Education: Two‑year college degree, specialized certification/licensing, vendor training, or equivalent apprenticeship‑based skills.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities; clear communication; ability to influence and collaborate; proficiency with PC hardware, operating systems, databases, and printers; general knowledge of networks; expert‑level Excel preferred (pivot tables, charts, data manipulation).
