- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Collaborate with IT teams (Developers, QA, System Analysts) to ensure proper implementation
- Analyze business processes and provide improvement recommendations
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet user expectations
- Act as a liaison between business units (Operations, Risk, Product) and IT teams
- Identify risks and ensure solutions comply with financial industry regulations
- Support system implementation such as core banking, payment systems, or digital banking platforms
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in banking/financial services)
- Strong understanding of banking or financial business processes (loans, payments, etc.)
- Experience in writing BRD/FSD/SRS and creating process flows (UML/BPMN)
- Familiar with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API integration is a plus
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
