We're seeking talented professionals ready to apply their analytical and financial skills to support investment strategies and engage in investor relations on a global scale. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management across Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Pakistan and to raise investments for our UK-based HoldCo with international investors from the US, UK, and other countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and potential investors
- Support the annual audit process and assist with the preparation of consolidated reports
- Analyze investment opportunities and prepare financial models to support decision-making
- Review unit economics, assess product performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Research market trends, competitors, and key risks to support strategic planning
- Work with teams across different functions and countries to ensure consistency of financial information
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience and Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Audit, or related fields, or in the last year of studies
- Financial Skills: Understanding of basic IFRS principles, eager to learn and develop in the field, with a solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Certifications: Proof of experience with IFRS is required, including ACCA/CAP/CIPA certifications like F1, F2, F7, and F9, which are advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Good command of English (B2 or above), with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex data.
- Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating projects within finance or investments is a plus, as is a proven ability to work in a team and interact effectively across functions.
