You’re a great fit if you:

- Have experience with CRM systems and investor servicing platforms
- Possess strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Have a foundational understanding of investor reporting, fund operations, or accounting concepts
- Are solutions-oriented and interested in improving processes and leveraging technology
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity through ongoing updates and system management
- Support investor portal administration, including document distribution and access management
- Assist with fund operations, including capital call and distribution processes and cash flow tracking
- Coordinate recurring compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Respond to investor inquiries related to reporting, performance, and account activity
- Support the preparation and distribution of periodic investor reports
- Track and manage investor audit confirmations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
