About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical professional to join their Investor Relations team in Toronto. This role will focus on analyzing financial and market data, supporting the preparation of investor-facing materials, and contributing to core financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and manage financial and market data to support internal insights and external reporting
- Monitor capital markets trends, industry developments, and peer/competitor activity
- Support the preparation of investor relations materials, including presentations and disclosures
- Track and summarize analyst estimates and consensus data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and briefing materials for internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in capital markets, investor relations, equity research, or financial data/analytics
- Degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in public markets and financial analysis
- Experience working with financial data platforms and market intelligence tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exposure to financial reporting or investor communications is an asset
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
- High level of discretion and professionalism
