LHH is supporting a global investment management organization with more than 20 years of experience and over $5B in assets under management spanning multiple strategies in their search for an Investor Relations Associate. The firm maintains long-standing relationships with sophisticated institutional and high-net-worth investors. This position will play a central role in investor servicing, acting as a key point of coordination across internal teams while managing communications and deliverables for the firm’s investor base.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for investor inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and polished responses
- Develop, update, and distribute investor-facing materials, including presentations, performance summaries, investor letters, and due diligence questionnaires
- Coordinate and manage the execution of quarterly investor calls, meetings, and ongoing communication initiatives
- Oversee investor data within CRM systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation of interactions
- Respond to ad hoc investor requests and proactively provide relevant fund updates
- Support planning and execution of investor events, including conferences and targeted engagement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with investment, accounting, legal, compliance, and leadership teams to compile and deliver investor reporting
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fund operations, client service, or an administrative role within financial services
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with external stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamo preferred
- Prior exposure to asset management or investment environments is advantageous

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the base salary range is estimated to be $80,000 – $100,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
