Role Overview
We are seeking an Investment & Operations Analyst Intern to support internal research on how small businesses operate, manage risk, and maintain readiness under real-world conditions. - Analyze how organizations document incidents, manage risk, and handle operational exceptions
- Identify recurring patterns, inefficiencies, and failure points across operating models
- Produce concise analytical briefs and internal summaries outlining findings and implications
- Support internal diligence-style analysis to inform product direction and strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to structure and synthesize ambiguous information
- Interest in finance, consulting, private equity, or operations
- Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and precision
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related field (preferred)
What You’ll Gain
- Exposure to real-world operational diligence and early-stage market analysis
- Experience translating qualitative information into structured, decision-ready insights
- Direct collaboration with founders on strategy and product direction
- A body of analytical work relevant to careers in investment banking, consulting, and private equity
