Investment Banking Associate – Technology M&A
Our client, a boutique investment bank focused on the software and technology sector, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Redwood City, CA office. The firm advises high-growth companies on M&A, private equity, and growth equity transactions.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A and financing transactions
- Build and review financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
- Manage day-to-day deal processes and due diligence
- Mentor analysts and support senior bankers across transactions
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of investment banking experience within technology/software
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- FINRA Series 63 & 79 preferred
- U.S. work authorization required
