Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Financial Advisors (TFA) department is growing and has an immediate opening for a Manager, Client Services! As the Manager, Client Services, you will be responsible for the following:

Managing the day-to-day functions of the TFA Support Staff.
Assisting the VP, Financial Operations Manager, and Supervisory Principal with strategic planning, specialized projects, agency management, and supervisory duties when needed and within licensing perimeters.
Providing key support for all aspects of compliance regulations by having applicable knowledge of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Security Exchange Commission (SEC), Insurance and National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Letter 10-FCU-03 Regulations and Rules.
Maintaining proper procedures, records, and documentation by following guidelines as required by securities and insurance regulations, broker/dealer compliance, and management.

Salary Range:
This is an exempt position, and the starting salary is $102,424-$128,030; however, actual placement within the range of the level will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, public relations, education or related field and five years of securities and insurance experience are required. Supervisory experience and financial institution experience preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
Required: FINRA Series 7-General Securities Representative.
Required: FINRA Series 63-Uniform Securities Agent State Law and/or Series 66-Uniform Combined State Law Examination.
Required: FINRA Series 65-Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and/or Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination.
Required: Oklahoma Accident & Health, Life, Variable Annuity Insurance License.
Preferred: FINRA Series 24, General Securities Principal and/or FINRA Series 9/10- Sales Supervisor.
Preferred: FINRA Series 51/53, Municipal Fund Securities Principal.
Preferred: Oklahoma Property and Causality license.
Preferred: Professional designations such as Financial Para-Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChCF) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

Keys to success:
In order to be successful as the Manager, Client Services, you must possess these qualifications:

Knowledge of TFCU products, services, and industry conditions.
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize various assignments and projects under time constraints.
Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of federal, state, broker/dealer, and NCUA regulations (i.e., SEC, FINRA, and State Securities and Insurance Regulations) and how they apply to job and duties thereof.
Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of federal, state, broker/dealer, and NCUA regulations (i.e., SEC, FINRA, and State Securities and Insurance Regulations) and how they apply to job and duties thereof.
Advanced communication presentation, oral and written skills.
Ability to use financial planning, broker/dealer, and CRM applications.
Ability to interact with all levels of management, employees, and members.
Ability to effectively communicate with and actively listen to clients in securities and insurance related discussions.
