About the Role
To support our growth strategy fueled by digital empowerment, we are seeking a motivated and client-focused Junior Investment Associate. This role is designed for a rising professional who is passionate about investment research, portfolio analysis, and delivering superior wealth management outcomes. You will work closely with senior advisors, the investment team, and clients to provide tailored, data-driven insights that empower our clients to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver personalized portfolio reviews and investment solutions, ensuring that client needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Investment Analysis: Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds, to support investment decision-making for clients.
• Portfolio Support: Assist in constructing, monitoring, and rebalancing client portfolios, aligning them with risk profiles, market conditions, and individual financial objectives.
• Client-Facing Content: Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging, easy-to-understand digital content and tools that help clients make informed financial decisions.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed investment performance reports and market commentaries for presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Client-Centric Solutions: Participate in client meetings to explain market trends, portfolio performance, and investment strategies, ensuring clarity and confidence in our offerings.
• Due Diligence: Contribute to the due diligence process for new investment products and fund managers, ensuring only the best solutions are presented to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all client-facing materials, investment recommendations, and documentation adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
Required Skills
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in investment research, wealth management, or financial analysis, with exposure to client-facing roles preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, or Reuters).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable investment insights for both internal teams and clients.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable manner to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Languages: Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Bonus Skills
• Progress toward CFA or CFP designation.
• Experience with digital wealth management platforms or "FinTech" tools, especially those designed for client interaction.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong regulatory landscape (SFC/IA licenses).
