Job Description – Real Estate Investment Intern
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial analysis and market research for real estate opportunities in Spain and Portugal, including land, residential, offices, hospitality, alternative and retail assets.
· Financial modelling. Conducting valuations and financial projections for real estate investments, primarily using discounted cash flow analysis (Excel).
· Prepare investment memorandumsand underwritings for investors.
· Support in due diligence and transaction process.
· Establish and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, and other professionals in the sector
Requirements:
· Bachelor in Finance, Business or Engineering.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial modelling and presentations.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish. Portuguese and/or Italian language is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, efficient communication, and a positive attitude.
· Availability to travel for work.
