Job Desription
- Update and maintain daily bank transaction records across multiple bank accounts
- Input and process payments through internet banking platforms accurately and timely
- Print proof of payments and attach them to corresponding payment vouchers
- Assist in preparing and updating cash and investment templates/reports
- Support finance team in administrative tasks and documentation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student with no active class attendance required, background education in Finance or related field
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy in handling data and numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team, good communication skills
- Plus point if has previous internship experience
- Willing to WFO (Work from office) Monday to Friday at our Head Office
