PV Consult is expanding its team and is looking for an International Finance & Compliance Manager.
As an international EPC company operating across Europe and beyond, we are looking for an experienced finance professional to support our continued growth, strengthen our financial governance, and contribute to the management of our international operations.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, or corporate finance
• Experience working with international companies, cross-border operations, or multi-jurisdictional structures
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls
• Experience coordinating external accountants, auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants
• Knowledge of Bulgarian accounting and tax regulations, combined with exposure to international financial practices
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent Bulgarian and English language skills
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong advantages:
• Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or project finance sectors
• Experience with SPVs, holding structures, and international group companies
• Professional experience in a top tier consulting company (ex: EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG)
• Exposure to due diligence processes, investor reporting, financing transactions, or corporate governance frameworks
• ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
