Areas of responsibility

At Holding Level

  • Participates in the definition, implements and keeps L1C governance up to date, in line with SG Group principles (rules and perimeter of the L1C to apply).
  • Defines, implements and keeps L1C framework up to date, in line with “Activities Processes Risks Controls” (APRC) methodology (including the management and monitoring of MyAPRC tool, and corresponding reporting to the Ayvens top management and SG Group); regularly reviews the quality, consistency and adequacy of L1C framework deployed.
  • Is the ultimate owner of Ayvens L1C Library and main correspondent on it for all stakeholders, keeps L1C Library up-to-date and aligned with the overall L1C framework.
  • Acts as the ultimate owner at Ayvens level of L1C Tools and the main correspondent on them for all stakeholders.
  • Ensures that Central Expert Functions are well identified, animates Central Expert Functions community, who, based on their expertise, are responsible to contribute to the definition, implementation and keeping L1C framework in their respective perimeter up-to-date and well performing (inputs for L1C design and L1C results’ analysis).
  • Develops and animates L1C community (at Regional / Local levels), raising awareness and expertise through dedicated trainings, radio calls, operational guidelines, workshops, etc. and through the L1C Sharepoint by maintaining its content.
  • Consolidates, challenges, and analyzes the L1C quarterly campaigns’ results for the Ayvens perimeter in order to report on the activity to the Ayvens management and SG Group within Permanent L1C Operational Committee.
  • Contributes to / provides L1C data for other committees and reportings upon request (such as CACI, ICFC, ERC, COMCO, etc.).
  • Carries out “Local L1C Coordinator” role for Ayvens Holding.

Supervision Of Local Entities

  • Is the main contact for Regional / Local L1C Coordinators on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provides dedicated trainings and is the first line of support on L1C Tools for Regional / Local L1C Coordinators on a day to-day basis.
  • Oversees / supports / challenges Regional / Local L1C teams to ensure the good implementation of L1C framework.
  • When applicable, coordinates and oversees Local LOD1 committees (Permanent L1C Operational Committee, etc.)

Other

  • Contributes to the improvement of the data quality management.
  • Interacts with different stakeholders (on Central, Regional and Local levels): Central Expert Functions, L1C Coordinators, L2C teams, LOD3/Inspection teams, SG Group supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or in a regulatory/supervisory control body
  • Knowledge of the Leasing business is an advantage
  • Autonomy, ability to make decisions and responsibility
  • Analytical & coordination skills, attention to details
  • Team-player mindset
  • Ability to discuss with the business (adopting an independent partner posture, while understanding concerns)
  • Advanced usage of Excel and fluent English (both oral and written) are mandatory
