We are seeking a highly meticulous and self-driven Internal Auditor to oversee our operational processes. This role is unique as it requires a high degree of independence, providing direct insights to the President Director and ensuring seamless communication with our Holding Company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Internal Auditor, specifically focusing on operational audits (Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Procurement).
- Proven ability to prepare comprehensive audit packages and professional reports for Holding Company annual audits.
- Strong understanding of Internal Control Frameworks (e.g., COSO), PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), and tax regulations.
Descriptions:
- As you will report directly to the President Director, you must be a self-starter who can manage the entire audit lifecycle with minimal supervision.
- A "sharp eye" for spotting irregularities, data discrepancies, and compliance gaps.
- Unwavering professional ethics and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to not just find "errors," but to analyze root causes and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines, especially during year-end reporting cycles for the Holding Company.
Bonus Qualifications (Value Add):
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a significant advantage.
- Experience using Audit Software or advanced data analytics in Excel/PowerBI.
- Prior experience in a "Big 4" or mid-tier public accounting firm.
