Pearse Professionals are working with a PE-backed infrastructure business to appoint a Group Financial Controller / Finance Manager. This is a hands-on role working closely with a CFO, taking ownership of financial management across multiple UK and international entities
What you'll be doing:
- Day-to-day financial management and monthly management accounts across group entities
- Cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
- UK & international tax compliance
- Payroll oversight
- Intercompany accounting, entity records, and coordinating with auditors and advisors
- Strengthening controls and improving finance processes
- Over time: partner economics, promote/carry tracking, and enhanced compliance (
What we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing multi-entity group structures
- Strong UK accounting and regulatory knowledge
- International entity experience a bonus (Luxembourg particularly welcome)
- Strong HMRC reporting knowledge including ERS
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
