We’re seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team for our client (connects the world's professionals to make them more productive and successful) focused on driving data-informed decision-making across Go-to-Market operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working with large datasets, and can translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive data-backed insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives across GTM operations
- Analyze business performance, monitor data quality, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Own and execute analytical projects supporting company-wide programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Systems
- Build, maintain, and document datasets with a strong focus on accuracy and scalability
- Perform data cleanup and transformation using tools like SQL, applying structured frameworks to ambiguous datasets
- Execute and validate data updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring consistency and completeness
- Explore and implement advanced analytics or AI-driven solutions for optimization (automation, cloud tools, etc.)
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience working with data in a business environment (analytics, reporting, operations, or data management)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in SQL and working with structured datasets
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong communication skills to present findings and influence decisions
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
- Familiarity with data warehousing and building business-critical tables
- Exposure to distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto)
- Programming experience in languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar
- Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis or insights generation
- Understanding of advertising/media ecosystems and agency models
- Experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, or advanced analytics techniques

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science)
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $47/hr- $58/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
