Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare external financial reports and management insights
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team effectively
• Review financial statements and journal entries thoroughly
• Support annual audits and prepare necessary working papers
• Develop strong relationships across corporate departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least five years in accounting or a related position
• Experience in real estate and CPA designation beneficial
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a collaborative setting
