Title: [Hybrid – Level Senior] Finance Business Partner (M&A & Investments)

Job Purpose: Partner with the Leadership Team to monitor business performance, strengthen financial management frameworks, coordinate Due Diligence (DD) processes, and support M&A and investment activities.
WHAT WE DO:
1. FP&A & Management Accounting
- System Development: Participate in initiatives to develop and enhance financial management frameworks across business units
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for existing and new business initiatives based on key operational metrics (KPIs)
- Data Integrity: Monitor, validate, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within internal systems to support performance measurement and business analysis
- Management Reporting: Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making and evaluate business performance
B. M&A & Due Diligence
- Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Support the research and evaluation of M&A opportunities in Vietnam and international markets
- DD Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end Due Diligence processes, working closely with target companies, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to collect, review, and analyze relevant information
- Transaction Management: Monitor transaction progress and ensure deliverables and milestones are completed according to the agreed timeline
- Valuation & Investment Cases: Develop valuation models, perform financial analyses, and prepare investment cases to assess investment opportunities
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for due diligence, investment appraisal, approval, and decision-making processes
- Deal Execution: Support discussion, negotiation, and closing activities with relevant stakeholders
- Post-Merger Support: Assist in post-transaction monitoring and integration activities when required
WHO YOU ARE:
1. Professional Qualifications
Must have:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Accounting Advisory, or related fields
- Modeling Skills: Proven experience in developing financial models for business performance analysis, operational evaluation, or investment assessment
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial reporting, and business performance metrics
- M&A Exposure: Hands-on experience in M&A projects, Due Diligence, or corporate valuation
- Process Understanding: Solid understanding of M&A transaction processes and investment evaluation
- Language Skills: Strong business English communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and prepare finance-related reports and documentation
Nice to have:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalents are highly preferred
- Perience in the Technology/Digital sector
