Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational initiatives
Finance Functions
- Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with HR
- Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and banks
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum [3–5] years of relevant experience in HR and/or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and basic accounting principles
- Experience with payroll systems and accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications (e.g., HR certification, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Experience in SMEs or handling dual HR & finance roles
- Familiarity with local statutory requirements
