Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions

  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational initiatives

Finance Functions

  • Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with HR
  • Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and internal controls
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and banks

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum [3–5] years of relevant experience in HR and/or finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with payroll systems and accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications (e.g., HR certification, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in SMEs or handling dual HR & finance roles
  • Familiarity with local statutory requirements
