Job Description
As the Head of Strategic Finance & Operations at OneNotary, Inc., you will be the financial and operational spine of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the financial close, lead FP&A, and partner on Series B fundraising. This player-coach role bridges high-level strategy with rigorous execution.

What You Will Do
- Build and lead the financial operating rhythm, including monthly closes, three-statement modeling, FP&A, and rigorous unit economics analysis.
- Drive cross-functional execution on high-stakes strategic projects like market expansion, senior hiring, and managing key banking and legal relationships.
- Orchestrate the fundraising process, preparing board materials and investor due diligence as the company transitions from Series A to Series B.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 5–8 years of experience in strategic finance, ideally starting in investment banking or consulting before moving into B2B SaaS operations.
- Possesses the technical mastery to build complex financial models and the communication skills to present findings effectively to the board.
- Thrives in high-growth environments ($5M-$50M ARR) and has experience navigating the compliance requirements of regulated industries like fintech or legaltech.
