- Lead financial due diligence for strategic transactions.
- Evaluate ROI and IRR for major investment initiatives and capital expenditures.
- Analyze competitive dynamics and fintech market trends to support strategic positioning.
Capital Strategy & Investor Relations
- Partner with institutional investors, venture capital, private equity funds, and financial advisors.
- Prepare investor presentations, management materials, financial models, and data rooms.
- Support equity and debt fundraising processes.
- Monitor capital structure, leverage metrics, debt covenants, and weighted average cost of capital (WACC).
- Support quarterly investor reporting and Board communications.
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations leaders.
- Translate financial performance into actionable business insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and optimize key unit economics, including CAC, LTV, payback period, contribution margins, and customer profitability.
- Lead pricing, margin, and profitability analyses across products and customer segments.
Financial Governance & Operational Excellence
- Partner closely with the Controller to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
- Improve FP&A processes, automation, dashboards, and financial planning tools.

- 3–5+ years within fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, or financial technology.
- Proven experience supporting fundraising processes (Series B or later), debt financing, or M&A transactions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
