We’re looking for a Head of Operations who doesn’t just manage processes—but builds systems that scale, adapts fast, and drives real business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy, ensuring that what the business promises is consistently delivered—efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy & Execution
- Own and drive the overall operations strategy aligned with business goals
- Translate leadership vision into structured execution frameworks
- Process Excellence & Optimization
- Build, refine, and scale operational processes across functions
- Identify inefficiencies and implement high-impact improvements
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing operations teams
- Establish accountability, ownership, and performance benchmarks
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless execution
- Act as the bridge between strategy and on-ground delivery
- Performance & Metrics
- Define KPIs, track performance, and drive data-backed decision-making
- Own dashboards, reporting, and operational insights
- Risk Management & Governance
- Ensure compliance, operational controls, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Customer & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve turnaround time, quality, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- 10–18 years of experience in Operations / Business Management / Strategy roles
- Proven experience in scaling operations in a fast-paced environment (startup or high-growth setups preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
