We're partnering with a highly regarded private markets firm to appoint an experienced Head of FP&A.
This is a commercially focused leadership position, working directly with the CFO and executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, improve decision-making and support the firm's continued growth.
The successful individual will lead the FP&A function, oversee planning and forecasting processes, and provide meaningful insight across the business.
This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, high-performing investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver high-quality board reporting, executive dashboards and performance analysis.
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insight and strategic financial support.
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting and financial systems.
- Develop KPI frameworks and management information to support business performance.
- Lead, mentor and develop the FP&A team.
- Support strategic projects, business cases, investment decisions and operational initiatives.
- Work closely with Finance, Investor Relations, Operations and Investment teams to ensure robust financial planning across the organisation.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Significant FP&A leadership experience within regulated environments (ideally private markets)
- Strong commercial mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
- Experience improving finance processes, reporting and planning tools.
- Confident leading and developing high-performing teams (need management experience)
