Key Responsibilities
- Delivering tech first scalable process and workflows across both billings and payroll
- Working with other department heads / leads to deliver an end-2-end first-class worker (“Wx”) and client (“Cx”) experience – lead this process
- Develop / improve controls throughout processes
- Develop / improve (daily, weekly, monthly) KPI / reporting for all process stages to inform data driven decisions / solutions
- Exception management – take first hand ownership of exceptions / delays (including e.g. worker complaints, queries, client credit notes, etc) both to resolve the issue, retain worker / customer loyalty and extrapolate as to where the processes / controls can be continually improved to mitigate future exceptions
- Primary responsibility for worker experience / NPS scores
- Financial Operations team management
Essential Background / Experience
- High growth, scaling company(ies)
- AI, tech led process improvement – ideally using 3rd party, API and proprietary software
- Medium sized service companies with high transaction volumes
- International experience
- Demonstrable experience leading, delivering technical / efficient solutions
- Demonstrable experience in improving customer service / NPS
- Management experience – leading / managing teams (preferably remote) and liaising with cross departmental heads
