Role Description
This full-time, remote leadership position as Head of Financial Accounting involves overseeing and managing all facets of financial accounting and reporting within the organization. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing and maintaining accounting policies, and offering insights to support strategic financial decisions. The role requires collaboration with various departments to streamline financial processes and drive overall growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Advanced Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Experience with compliance and ensuring adherence to financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
