You will be more than a numbers person; you will be a strategic business partner to the CEO and the leadership team. You will lead the financial strategy to support our omnichannel growth (offline distribution, retail and e-commerce) while ensuring absolute operational excellence in a complex, multi-market landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the long-term financial planning (LRP), budgeting, and forecasting processes to support aggressive growth targets.
- Regional Oversight: Manage full-spectrum finance operations for both Indonesia and Singapore.
- Tax & Compliance: Direct oversight of Indonesian and Singaporean tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with brands teams, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to optimize margins, manage inventory health, and drive ROI on marketing spend.
- Hands-on Operations: Dive deep into the details of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and internal controls.
- Digital Transformation: Enhance financial systems and ERP implementation and integration to support a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and potential investors.
Experience & Requirements
- Seniority: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a CFO or Head of Finance role.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in Distribution; FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is highly preferred. Understanding of distribution and inventory-heavy businesses is a must.
- Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Indonesian financial/tax landscape; experience managing Singapore operations is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level mastery of Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Language: Native-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional excellence in English (written and spoken).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certifications (CA, CPA, or MBA) are preferred
