Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. The Head of Finance and Accounting will also develop and implement financial strategies, analyze financial data to provide actionable insights, and collaborate with leadership to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and a solid grasp of Finance principles
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA/ACCA qualification is preferred
- Familiarity with financial regulations in Vietnam and/or international markets
- Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools is advantageous
