- Solid experience in Finance, Accounting, and Controllin
- gRelevant professional qualification in Finance/Accounting (Swiss Fachausweis or equivalent), or willingness to pursue further professional certificatio
- nStrong analytical skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindse
- tIndependent, structured, and highly reliable working styl
- ePassion for optimizing processes and driving continuous improvemen
- tExperience with ERP systems; knowledge of Abacus is a strong advantag
- eProject management experience is considered a plu
