Title: Head of Finance

Company: Zenit Corp

Location: Mexico

About Zenit Corp

Zenit Corp is a fast growing ecommerce group that owns and operates multiple DTC brands across different markets.

We are building a portfolio of high potential ecommerce brands with strong fundamentals, scalable systems, and ambitious long term growth plans. Our goal is not to build a single online store, but to create a multi brand ecommerce group capable of reaching significant scale across different verticals.

The company is currently in a high growth stage and is projected to reach 8 figures in annual revenue this year. This creates a unique opportunity for people joining now to take ownership, grow with the company, and become part of the leadership team that will shape the next stage of the group.

We are looking for people who want more than a job. We are looking for builders, leaders, and operators who want to help scale a company with real ambition.

The person joining as Head of Finance will be responsible for building and leading the financial control function of the group, bringing order, visibility, forecasting discipline, and financial structure across multiple entities.

For the right person, this role has a clear path toward becoming a key financial leader inside a multi brand ecommerce group. As Zenit Corp grows, launches new brands, and expands its portfolio, the scope of responsibility and compensation potential can grow significantly.

This is an opportunity to join early, take ownership, create impact, and help build the financial foundation of a group with ambitious long term goals.

Role

The Head of Finance is responsible for building the company’s financial control function and ensuring that management has clear, reliable, and useful financial information to make decisions.

This role is not limited to accounting or bookkeeping. The Head of Finance is responsible for financial order, monthly and quarterly reporting, working capital forecasting, margin and EBITDA visibility, and preparing the company financially for a possible future sale.

This person works directly with the CEO and supports the General Manager in understanding how the company is closing each month and quarter, how close the business is to its financial targets, and what cash flow risks or operational constraints may appear under different scenarios.

The role is expected to bring discipline, clarity, and forward looking financial thinking to a growing ecommerce group.
