Job Description (အဓိက တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများ)
• Financial Strategy: Retail နဲ့ Distribution လုပ်ငန်းစုကြီးတစ်ခုလုံးရဲ့ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ မဟာဗျူဟာများ ချမှတ်ပေးရမည်။
• Operational Oversight: Business Unit ၂ ခုရှိ Finance Department များကို ဦးဆောင်ရမည်။
• Reporting & Analysis: လစဉ်၊ သုံးလပတ်နှင့် နှစ်ချုပ် Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) များကို တိကျစွာ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြရမည်။
• Budgeting & Forecasting: BU ၂ ခု၏ Budgeting process များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Variance Analysis များ ပြုလုပ်ကာ Senior Leadership ထံ တင်ပြရမည်။
• Compliance & Tax: မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အခွန်ဥပဒေ (Tax Regulations) များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Risk Management: လုပ်ငန်းတွင်း ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ risk များကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ပြီး Internal Controls များဖြင့် စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။
Qualifications
• Retail သို့မဟုတ် FMCG/Distribution နယ်ပယ်တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• အလားတူ Head of Finance ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ် အတွင်း ရှိရမည်။
• ERP systems (ဥပမာ- Odoo) နှင့် Power BI ကဲ့သို့သော Data Analytics tools များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficient in Finance, Budgeting, and related operations
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Experience in managing financial compliance and internal controls
• Proven leadership and team management abilities in a finance setting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
Work Environment
• Location: စက်ဆန်း၊ မဂ်လာတောင်ညွန့်မြို့နယ်၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့။
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Working Days: တနင်္လာနေ့မှ သောကြာနေ့အထိ
