A fast-growing premium residential construction business is hiring a Head of Finance to lead and shape its finance function during a critical growth phase.
This newly created Head of Finance role reports directly to the MD and combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll own cash flow, project profitability, tax compliance and financial reporting across a multi-project construction environment, while mentoring an existing finance team.
