The Role Grizzly Trek is seeking one Head of Finance to join our valued client’s team in Trois-Rivières, Quebec.
This is a full-time, permanent leadership position responsible for the financial steering and control of all commercial activities across two manufacturing facilities.
As a member of the factory management team, you will lead the finance function in a sustainable manner aligned with broader business objectives, driving performance and profitability.
You will report to senior finance leadership and partner closely with the facility General Manager.
What You’ll Do Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated finance team Ensure transparent and complete financial performance control across the factory, overseeing all commercial topics while identifying risks and opportunities and implementing measures to optimize business results Prepare periodic gap and deviation analysis reports, including interpretation and follow-through on corrective actions to keep performance aligned Lead the business planning and annual budgeting process, with full ownership of financial forecasting and reporting of business results Oversee asset and liability assessments along with inventory management measures that support financial integrity and operational efficiency Manage the investment plan, performing Actual vs.
