Today, we operate 34 locations across 7 countries, with 12 new locations currently in development, combining company-owned, managed, and franchise cafés alongside our own roastery.
We're a lean, modern company that believes in smart systems, automation, and AI—not unnecessary bureaucracy.
What you'll do:
- Own the monthly financial reporting across all group entities
- Prepare management reports and board packs for the CEO
- Manage group cash flow, forecasting, debt and banking relationships
- Coordinate payroll, statutory reporting and external accounting partners across multiple countries
- Lead the annual audit process
- Build forecasts, budgets and financial models
- Review and approve outgoing payments
- Support fundraising, expansion projects and strategic decision-making
We'd love to meet you if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A
- Have worked with multi-entity businesses (hospitality, retail or franchise experience is a plus)
- Are experienced in financial reporting, consolidation and cash-flow management
- Feel comfortable working with banks, auditors and external accounting firms
- Naturally automate processes and enjoy using modern software and AI tools
- Are fluent in English and Czech
- Like taking ownership and thrive in lean, fast-growing teams
