We’re looking for a Head of Finance to help Blitz scale financial systems and assess the attractiveness of key opportunities. Over the past 9 months, we’ve grown ~50% month-on-month and reached 200+ partner locations. Now we need someone who can help us turn this momentum into nationwide expansion.
In this role, you’ll lead the development of financial systems, assessment of new opportunities, and work closely with the founders to shape the future of healthy snacking in the Philippines. Responsibilities
- Partner with founders and functional heads to evaluate new initiatives, channels, and partnerships
- Conduct ROI, unit economics, and breakeven analyses for growth experiments
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and runway to ensure financial health
- Establish financial controls, approval processes, and reporting standards
- Track use of funds and ensure alignment with investor expectations
