Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all management company finance functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, cash management, and executive reporting.
- Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, audits, financial statements, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage finance operations, internal controls, financial systems, and third-party providers, driving scalability and process improvement.
- Provide financial oversight of management company revenues, expenses, profitability, and strategic planning.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, strengthening financial discipline, operational excellence, and business partnership across the firm.
Experience:
- 8-17 years of relevant experience within asset management
- Experience managing and mentoring a mid-sized team of direct reports
- Public accounting foundation
- CPA Licensed preferred
