Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in either Zielona Gora or in Warsaw for a Head of Controlling. The individual in this role will oversee and enhance the financial controlling framework in line with the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities will include managing financial and business control processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, analyzing financial performance data, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the role will involve leading a team, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to contribute to the company’s growth and development plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Control and Management Control to oversee and optimize organizational performance.
  • Proven experience in Financial Controlling, ensuring regulatory adherence and accurate financial reporting.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid background in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or e-mobility industry is a strong advantage.
