As Head of Commercial Finance, you'll work closely with the executive leadership team, providing the commercial insight and financial leadership needed to support strategic decision-making, optimize performance, and drive continued growth across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering commercial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to drive performance.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting processes.
- Supporting growth initiatives, investment appraisals, and expansion projects.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance profitability, margins, and revenue performance.
- Producing board-level reporting and actionable commercial recommendations.
- Driving improvements in cash generation, cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Developing data-led reporting that connects operational activity with financial performance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
- High growth multi-site business
- 3+ years in a Head of Commercial Finance type role
Salary & Bonus
- £90,000-£100,000
