🚀 Head – Business Finance | Dubai
We are hiring a Head of Business Finance for a fast-growing consumer technology company based in Dubai. This role works closely with the CEO and will play a key role in driving business performance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Finance & FP&A
- Own and monitor the company P&L
- Track revenue, margins, profitability, and unit economics
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare management reports and board presentations
- Support business decisions through financial analysis and modelling
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and leadership teams
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash flow and liquidity planning
- Build and maintain cash flow forecasts
- Work closely with banking partners on facilities and funding requirements
- Monitor inventory-related cash exposure and working capital
- Track stock ageing and settlement cycles
Controls & Compliance
- Establish finance processes, controls, and SOPs
- Oversee month-end closing activities
- Ensure VAT compliance and audit readiness
- Drive process improvements and finance automation initiatives
Requirements
- CA or MBA qualification (Rank holders preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Treasury, or Commercial Finance
- Experience in startups or high-growth businesses preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Ability to work directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- UAE experience is an advantage
